One pass instead of three tools
A scanned report usually arrives with more than one thing wrong: two pages fed in upside down, a duplicate cover, and an appendix that belongs at the front. Fixing that as three separate operations means three rounds of opening, saving and finding the file again, and it is easy to lose track of which version is current.
The thumbnail grid does all three at once. Hover a page to rotate or remove it, drag pages to change the order, and everything is applied in a single save. Pages are copied rather than re-rendered, so nothing is recompressed and the result is exactly as sharp as the original. At least one page has to remain.
Copying pages is also what the tool cannot carry across: bookmarks do not survive, and a PDF with interactive form fields is refused outright, so flatten a filled form before rearranging it. If you only need one of the three actions, the separate tools involve less clicking. Everything happens in your browser and the original file on disk is never modified.
