Reorder pages

Drag and drop thumbnails to change page order.

This tool does not upload your files. Close the tab and nothing is left behind.

Getting the pages into the right order

A sheet-feeder that took the stack face up produces a document that runs backwards. A merge done in a hurry puts the appendix ahead of the body. A double-sided job printed as two single-sided passes interleaves wrongly. The content is all there, just in the wrong sequence.

Drag the thumbnails until the order is right. Only reordering is available here: rotation and deletion are deliberately switched off, so you cannot remove a page by mis-clicking while you drag. Pages are copied unchanged, so quality and file size stay where they were.

If the document needs rotating or trimming as well, Organize offers all three on the same grid and saves them together. Bookmarks do not survive the copy, and a PDF that still has form fields is refused until it is flattened. Nothing is uploaded, so a confidential draft stays on your machine.
